Need some help with 1960's Cartoon Trivia

On the Hanna-Barbera cartoons, there was a dog who when given a dog biscuit would make lots of "MMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!" noises while floating down from the air, and then have some sort of great power. What was his name, and which cartoon?

Next, on the Flinstones, what planet was the Great Gazoo from?
