First of all let me say how pleased I am with my 2.3 I just bought! This really is a fun little car. I am so used to the rough ride and noise from my 5.0 with flows that it is nice to drive a nice quiet car for a while. I bought it just as a beater, but after a few days of driving it I took my time and cleaned it up and waxed it and it looks pretty good except............ The drivers side door handle is MIA and the passenger side is only semi-functional. I ordered a pair of the metal handles from 5.0 resto. Are they pretty simple to install? They come with new rivets I am just wondering it there are any tricks to know about installing them or anything? Thanks

yea they are really easy to put on ive had to do it about 3 times. Just take your time when drilling out the rivets. Wheni put on mine i used nuts and bolts since the ones i got did not come with any rivets. hope this helps

The main proble I am having with mine is how to get the window crank handle off? My car doesn't have power windows.

Those are 1/4" rivets, my rivet gun isn't big enough so I had the shop pop 'em back on after they painted the car. It's very easy other than the large rivets. I use 50resto.com as well, man I love that place. Just got a bunch of goodies from them today as a matter of fact.

Oh, there's a metal clip on the back side of the handle that keeps it on. It fits into a groove in the shaft.

the window crank handle should just unscrew off you have to remove the cover and unscrew it. I think the screw is one of those goofy screws
