OK I am asking the Pro's once again.. this is what I have done to my car, it is a 1993 Vert 5.0 (well was :D)
The questions to keep in mind:
1. Do I need a better intake? if so which one?
2. Have a 70 MM Mass Air. Do I need to use a 75?
3. What stall convertor do I need?
4. What horsepower can I expect?
5. What 1/4 time can I expect (I have 25+ track runs)?

Ok list of Mods:

5.0 Bored .30 over
Flattop Pistons, forged rods
Newly turned Crank
fresh rebuild of complete motor
fun stuff:
ARP 165 202 Ported and Polished heads
1.6 Ford Racing Roller Rockers
GT-40 Lower Ported and Polished and gasket matched to ARP Gaskets
GT-40 Upper Ported as good as they can
30 Lb Injectors
190 LPH Fuel Pump
70 MM Throttle Body
75 MM Mass Air Meter
X-cam (stock Duration)
Off Road X-Pipe
Headers
New Mufflers - Pypes (Dont know model, they were on the car)
Freshly Rebuild AOD trans with shiftkit and 3000 stall.

Thanks for any info or help you can provide..

no a 70mm is fine. meter size is GROSSLY overrated. check out livernois motorsports mustang. it runs 7's and i think it has a 105mm (apx 1100 hp)

no, the gt40 is great, ported it will support 400 hp (do you have a tubular, cobra, or explorer?)

i would go 4k on stall, absolute min of 3000

hp estimate is about 300

1/4 mile ET should be about 12.60-12.80 at about 106 assuming you can pull a 1.8 or better 60 foot

ahhh.. i just read "'93 vert" and 3000 stall

what converter do u have ???? and i change my mind.....maybe closer to like 12.70-12.90 at 105, thats assuming you have a stallion or lentech... NOT a TCI
