Need some torque specs

What are the torque specs for the rack to K-member bolts and outer tie rod ends for a 96 Mustang?

Steering rack mounting nuts are 35 ft-lbs and the tie-rod end nuts are 11 ft-lbs and tightened more as necessary to line up the slot in the nut with the hole in the tie rod stud for the cotter pin.
