need supercharger advice asap!

just give me your opinion as to which unit you would buy & it will really help.
X charger 3800.00 installs on top of engine(no tuner but I already have one)
vortech 3300.00 installs in front part of engine (has tuner included)
Which is easier to install, which is more dependable & which give the most gains in power? THANK YOU for any help/advice, I appreciate it.

the x-charger would be more fun on the street since it's a roots/eaton style blower that will start giving boost at fairly low rpm's while the centrifugal vortech would most likely be a bit faster at the track but won't hit full boost until higher rpm's

Depends what you want to do with your car. Street or track.

I went with an xcharger... love the old school look, ease of install and the low end torque.
