Need tips on fog light assembly removal/install

I'm replacing my fog light assembly on my 03 GT, with the clear ones basically cause one of mine developed a leak and burnt out a $15 bulb. So any tips or tricks. I'm assuming I have to pull the front bumper? Any info on front bumper removal?

No need to remove the bumper!

I actually just changed mine a few months ago. You will need a small assortment of tools to make it easier but nothing major. Just 1/4" drive stuff. The way the foglights mount is basically just a snap in tab on each side, and an adjuster sets the angle.

Seriously it took me maybe 10mins a foglight. Allow a little extra time; I have alot of tools and lift access.

There is no need to remove the bumper. I changed mine in my driveway with basic hand tools. I had to lay on the ground as I don't have a lift but its really not that bad of a job, just take your time.
