I am pretty sure the belt length is like 89 or 89.5 inches. Anyone want to confirm that?

And how do I route the belt? Just go from the crank to the tensioner?

I plan on getting a bypass pulley one day, but I need the money for an AR-15 pistol Im building right now. I remeber there was a .pdf on doing a smog pump removal. Anyone have that on hand?

Thanks

It will slide on easier but also will slide right off eventually.. Start with the 89.5 and work your way up if any problems

You could always do what I did, gut the pump and run a stock belt.

Thanks guys.

I might look into gutting the pump one day. But the bearings in it are shot, it makes the most god awful noise.

I had good luck with a 90" belt. I went to auto zone and just asked for a 895k6, 900k6 and a and a 905k6. They didn't have the 905, but the 900 fit just fine. It was a little tight in the beginning, but I think the belt stretched a little, and now it fits perfect.
