Need to disable/override alarm, URGENT

Ops sorry for posting this twice but it is quite an emergency.

My alarm has always been a very upity but today the remote unlocker stopped working. the car auto locked n the light on the remote works n all, i changed the battery, but it just wont work. I need to disable/override the alarm somehow. its a prestige alarm, an older version on a 94' stang. i cant find a valet switch and i dont know how to just disconnect the alarm. the alarm is sittin in a parking lot and i need to go get it tonight to use it tommorow. please help me.

the alarm has ignition kill...thats why i urgently need to override.

Find the brain under the dash and unplug it or follow it to the power source and disconnect it there.

Also, look near the starter there may also be a wire goign to it to kill the starter.
