I see a spot around one of the cooling ports on my waterpump...between the waterpump backing plate and the waterpump housing where the gasket has a little gap...and when i squeeze it i see coolant come out which leads to me to believe it might not seal right when i bolt it back up...should i replace that gasket?

Im following @jrichker directions...Is permatex ultra black adequate or do i need to buy the "right stuff"? I hate to have to buy a whole can for a few dabs...no matter how ive tried to store the rest good it always hardens in the can. Btw i bought those roloc 3m white rubber discs and slapped them in my drill to just clean up the surfaces...worked great.

Now is the time to change it - you have the old balancer off so half the work is already done...

Well your not twisting it up over 6500 so I think you'd be fine with a stock balancer, lets fone a friend: @a91what

Ok...i see on rockauto some oe replacements for under $40? LMR sells a fordracing one for 75...and the performance ones are well over 100. Ill probably go with the fordracing one since it seems middle of the road and had good reviews
