Got my 35th Anniversary LE home yesterday and getting ready to replace the tires since is still wears the originals. Question is when it comes to the spare rubber, it is also the original tiny donut tire/wheel which means it is also 14 years old. While it has been out of the sunlight, it has been sitting in a truck in Texas heat for most of that time.
What is the better way or direction to go for a replacement for a spare? I don't think that there is room in the trunk for a full size replacement tire and wheel....or.....am I incorrect on this assumption?
