so i went with my friend to the casino lac leamy yesterday...after we left i went to esso to fill up....as i put gas in, i noticed the back end of my car had been scratched up. the whole back bumper and the gas cap had been scratched to hell. I went to the casino to report a hit-and-run. they went through the surveillance tapes of the underground parking, and told me, "we saw what happened, a white van tried parking next to you, hit your car, and left and parked in a different spot" they told me that they saw the whole thing, but, at no point could they ever see the guy's license plate...so, after all this, my back end is all scratched up and needs to be re-painted because some guy doesnt know how to park....the whole thing is on video, and yet they STILL dont know who it is???????????? this whole thing just really pisses me off........i really needed to vent, and i had to vent to the only guys that would really understand, i need to repaint becaue of someone else........anyone have any advice for me? how do i deal with this?
