need vaccumm help bad

ok i took the inner fender out to hide some wires, well that went well, but i disconnected that vaccumm line from the little puck (assuming a storage). well i put the fender back in, a pain. well i forgot to hook that line back in so i got some poor idle, i plugged the hole in the intake and egr same deal. what would cause that. there are some silonoids or sensors that all those run to. should those be disconnected to fool the computer or am i going to have to take all that back apart again. plan to eliminate the egr soon. have another car behind mine, they did not leave the keys when they left so i cant get mine out for a spin but appears to be fine at throttle. only a idle problem. this is my mode of transportation and need help. thanks
