Start with the simple things-

•Is the coolant level full

•Are the cooling fans working

•Does the car have heat at idle? When driving?

Could also be a stuck thermostat. My money's on a cooling fan issue, though.

Turn the AC on, that turns the radiator fan on. Then make sure the fan is on. Chances are good the fan is bad. If not, check what Ragged GT said and update us.

Sounds like the electric cooling fan isn't working. Switch on the AC and see if that triggers the fan to work. If it doesn't, the problem is likely to be either a burnt fan relay or a burnt connector between the wiring harness and fan.
