im trying to make my toy look nice again
ok just trying to find out if there are any differences in the lx fenders and gt fenders
and on a scale of 1-10 how big of a painis it to replace the front and back bumpers and fenders

LX fenders do not have the metal strips to hold on the ground effects like your GT fenders. They could be added if you can't find GT ones. That is the only difference. Remember, 79-90 fenders are different from 91-93 fenders as the 91-93's have a little bigger wheel arch.
As far as replacing them, it isn't hard if you have any mechanical knowledge. The bolts can be a bit of a pain to access on the bumpers, but it really isn't hard to do. It is literally unbolt and bolt back on affair. lining the fenders up with the hood and door can take a little time, just be slow and patient and get your gaps correct.
