I am aware that it is against the law,and i am aware that you can no longer buy the MIL's.But there are alot of simple write ups on how to make your own from radio shack parts, looks to be very simple.Besides that a tuner will fix that also.
Faux cats could work if noone looks closely. .
Avoid the durablack coated MAC products at all cost!
The Prochamber does sound bad ass, and supposedly MAC has a new ceramic coating on thier pieces. If you go MAC IMO go stainless and get it ceramic coated locally.
Ok this may be a dumb question, but what does the ceramic protect aginst? The only thing to worry about in my area is rain,no salt,no ice...nadda just plain ol rain.Ive never had a stainless rust on me,so it would seem to me that I dont even need a coating
Ceramic keeps the heat in the pipe, and protects from all corrosion.
MACs durablack coating flakes off in a few weeks and starts rusting in less than a year.
no retail midpipes have a modular component any more for cats, the catted PC is on hold until who knows when.
Are you saying I cant buy any kind of catted mid pipe?If so why?or is just the mac's?
I think I may have misread,do you mean ones for the removal/reinstall of cats?
I think only Bassani, & SLP catted midpipes have removeable cats???
Well thats what Late Model tells me.
