neons! no not the car!

everybody,

what are your opinons on neons?? IE under body neons or maybe footwell neons, as im looking at going for a black with red theme on my car, just wondering what he opinion was in the mustang community as i already know what the mindless *** crap community think!

im not talking about making every bit of the car light up just maybe the odd subtle things here or there, like the lighted door sill plates in another thread!

so let me know guys, and be honest id rather know! lol

the majority of people on here say that underglo is major rice, howerver there are people on here who have them

the closest thing ull get to neons wihtout getting crap for it is to replace your interior light bulbs with LEDs lol

I personally liked neons. I had it on my maxima.. Interior; under the dash and under the seat. It looked really nice at night.

depends how you do it and why. I was thinking about throwing some on mine so when I kick some ricers ass, after he does his lil fly by I can pump up the bass and flip the neons on and re-pass em.

But then I decided I didn't want to deal with it, so I used the neons to light up under my bed... so like when chicks will only do um things with the lights off I can still have some light to see by.... and I can have cool lil dreams about me in a civic with an unpainted body kit and streetglow

About the only place I could handle neon's is maybe to accent a nicely built speaker box in the trunk or at the titty bar on the corner.

i personally think they are rice under a car but everyone else here thinks neons are awesome because no one has them (due to the fact that cops with nothing better to do will spend all day hunting for window tint, neons or cars blasting their music too loud)

i installed neons in the footwells a year or 2 ago and i get compliments on them constantly, although, i am still debating whether or not they are rice...

I like em under the dash as accents. Under the car, i dont really like them, though on a well-done show car, it can look alright. Who cares what other people think, its your car.

I bought small neon lights that i was going in install under the dash. its been sitting in garage for the past 2 years. lol

Out side neon light - I say rice. but some interior, if done right, can be really nice

I have the same setup in blue in both my cars. I just used a few blue LED's wired into the interior lights.

EVerytime i mention i have blue accent lighting, the rice flag comes out. It looks just like yours and i think it looks great.

I even have LED reverse lights, i think it looks great but others call it rice
