Well, went to New England Dragway tonight and beat the car up. The times are improving, but the last one just completely baffles me (60ft compared to time)

First Run
R/T = .697
60' = 1.842
330 = 5.488
1/8 = 8.556
MPH = 81.01
1000 = 11.178
1/4 = 13.38
MPH = 102.53
Stuffed 3rd gear

Second Run
R/T = 1.036
60' = 1.825
330 = 5.419
1/8 = 8.436
MPH = 82.21
1000 = 11.023
1/4 = 13.196
MPH = 103.91
Stuffed 3rd gear

Third Run
R/T = .644
60' = 1.771
330 = 5.396
1/8 = 8.429
MPH = 81.79
1000 = 11.032
1/4 = 13.222
MPH = 103.03

Fourth Run
R/T = .842
60' = 1.964
330 = 5.530
1/8 = 8.538
MPH = 82.12
1000 = 11.129
1/4 = 13.144
MPH = 103.63

Fifth Run
R/T = .631
60' = 1.763
330 = 5.355
1/8 = 8.369
MPH = 82.07
1000 = 10.966
1/4 = 13.149
MPH = 103.36

Sixth Run
R/T = 1.142
60' = 2.236
330 = 5.791
1/8 = 8.784
MPH = 82.55
1000 = 11.361
1/4 = 13.042
MPH = 104.27

I am really confused with the lat 60' and the final time. I would have figured that time with the 1.7 60' but with a 2.2???? Any suggestions.

You got me Mike. That makes very little sense. Almost seems like your car is losing power somewhere. I looked at all my time slips when i read this and mine all show the lower the 60', the faster the time, the lower the trap speed. Which is quite normal. Seems like you can do just about any 60' time and still get 13.1 lol. Who knows. BTW if you haven't heard, i finally got my wheels and got them to work. They look sweet! Oh and my girlfriend Wendy just picked up a 2000 Sunburst Gold Mustang GT Convertible! Its stick, and she's learning quick. From what i understand its a very rare color in the GT's. I'll post pics as soon as i get em. Talk to ya later!

Not that this is the answer....But seeing how your speed is higher for that run I would assume that you had wheel spin off the line that would give you a higher trap speed but usually slows your ET. Best I can come up with. If you notice all your speeds are higher through the markers, so eventuall you ET will drop if you can make up the loss on the poor 60' time.

The clocks were broken...

Look at the last runs, every time was better then the last run, from the 330 to the 6600 to the 1000'. Then the 1.4 time was better... I would blame it on computer error, simply because with a 10.9 1000' you ran a 13.1 but with an 11.3 1000' you ran a 13.0 and the mph was only up 1. It could be a fluke, but I would say computer error.

If it isnt do you shift into another gear from the 1000 to the 1/4 mark? If so maybe you hit it harder, or at a different RPM? I know Im into 4th right near the 1/8 and only have 3.73s!
