New 2001 Mustang GT owner

It's been awhile since I've owned a Ford, but this one is a blast.

Brought home a 2001 Laser Red Mustang GT. It's an internally stock bolt on car as of now, with a NX wet kit jetted for a 125 shot.

Thanks a bunch guys. I normally am not that crazy about black wheels, but with the black "R" hood it really set them them off.

I have not personally dyno'ed the car yet, but I talked to the previous owner and he had some of the work done at Coastal Dyno here in Tampa, FL. He said the car put down 423 RWHP on the 125 shot when they first dyno'ed it. I went by and talked to Sam over there at Coastal Dyno to pick up some new "COP's", and he remembered the car and said the 423 was right. Sounded kinda high to me, but I guess I got lucky and got a freak.

In all honesty, I have owned several LT1 and LS1 f-body's the last 5-6 years, and I was surprised at how well these handle and especially how well they dig.

Boy, I missed the sound of a 4.6 mod motor!

Unfortunately, I haven't even got the bottle filled yet. This weekend for sure. I am getting the bottle warmer and line lock wired in as well. Coastal Dyno was supposed to get some N20 in today.

It's kinda grown on me already, but I would really like to get a nice 4" cowl hood for it. Who makes a nice cowl hood for these?

But seriously, I believe the company is called Hardwood, they make a nice looking 4" cowl hood. Honestly though, I like yours a lot just the way it is. The two tone paint and the black DD bullitts go very well together, spend the $$ on some go fast mods cuz you've already got the show
