looks good!! how about some details on the motor? just curious what your combo is.

It's a 302 block .30 over with a 3.47 inch stroke. As far as the combo,it's all 4340 forged, lightwieght bottom end with a girdle, and some iron roush heads
(with a little work:rolleyes: ) tf rockers, a mild comp cam,and a hogged out
cobra intake (let the flames begin). BBK 75mm tb,msd ign,cl 76mm mass air,Areomotive front half kit with regulator,30lb injectors,255 walbro,
1 3/4 mac shortys,3' offroad H with dumps in front of axle. Went with the new Spec stage 2+ clutch,3.73s in the rear with new eaton and 31 spline moser axles. Went with all new suspension too. eibach pro springs,UPR d/a uppers and adj lowers, tociko illumina all the way around,M/t 275/40/17 et streets on the rear.Yeah guys, I know I could have done the twisted wedge or afr's and a holley or trackheat, vic jr,ect....and picked up some upper end HP,but I always do things a little different. I built this thing for a big flat torque curve from 3000-6000 for use on the street. Besides that ,it's my money aint it?:D I'm taking it for a 1200 mile break in ride later this week, then it will go down to JMS in lucedale Ms. for the dyno tune. Monty already burned me a startup chip,so it should run alright for break in.

im sure you are ready for this but im sure you could do better with a more free flowing intake, but either way the combo should rip. keep us updated. im also interested in the tranny mount. did you just use the regular energy poly mount for the 94 gt? the reason i am asking is i am about to put in a tko600 and have heard the crossmember problems can be a nightmare.

Yes I'm ready for it, that why I posted it the way I did. There are so many people out here to knock the cobra/gt40 intake, and iron heads,I thought I would try them and see just what I could do with them. I did ALOT of research before I dumped the cash into it ,so I have a pretty good idea as to the what it was going to take to get what I wanted from them. I know the idea of a cobra intake on 354 cubic inches sounds retarted, but I think the numbers are going to suprise some people. If not I can always throw a holley systemax on it and chalk it up to a trial and error.

As far as the trans mount goes ,i got from mustangs unlimitedhttp://www.mustangsunlimited.com/keyword.asp?Keywords=frpp. I think it was 29 bucks.part # is 4110401. I'll post up how it worked out after I try it this weekend. I talked tot the guys at www.bieberfever.com and they said thay had installed allot of tko 500/600's and never had to slot holes, flip crossmembers, and never used a driveshaft spacer. They thought the drive shaft spacer was causing the vibration problems everybody was having. they said the tko yoke that comes with the trans has plenty of spline to hold up and have seen pleanty of high rpm launches to back that up.

Hey bro, keep us posted on the #'s it puts down. All you ever hear is that it will not work ... or someone will flame if you even think about it. Well, I want to know! I mentioned running a ported Mountaineer intake on a 347 a while back (whoops!) I'm just curious. I know that's not the "best" thing to do. But when you take things one step at a time, it's nice to know how it will perform.

BTW, that looks really nice & looks like it will be alot of fun.

Thank's, I love doing things different, and love it when sombody says it won't work:D I have an 89 notch with a 306 for the track that turns big rpm to make the peak HP,but its a dog below 4500 rpm, thats not what I'm looking for on my street car:nono:
