well we set the new and old up to eachother and it was opff a lil, i checked the timing and i am running just a hair above 14 degrees of timing,
not the 12 i measured on the dyno with the timing gun when i adjusted initial

i knew something was up when i couldnt run over 12 degrees and i was running 46 psi vacuum ON

so i am about 46 psi vaccuum on and 14 degrees to get where i am stock ECU no chip
