Thank you gk, there is no smog pump on engine, I'm replacing an old bbk x pipe with a new bbk h pipe.what are my options...

3/4" heater hose, bolt to stuff in other end, two hoes clamps, and call it a day

Just need something to plug it. I used a bolt.

Get out your jb weld, skuff the inside of the pipe an inch or so, slather some jb weld inside then hammer the end closed. Or a piece of heater hose, a bolt that fits tight in the hose and clamp it up.

I just cut mine off today, and just welded the hole closed.
