hahaha, you have to be kidding me. just because you suck at driving doesnt mean everbody else does. All it takes is tires an 4 bolt ons to go 12's in a coupe. come down to florida and catch an ass whipping in your equally bolt on equipped cobra... i'll do it on regular street tires or et streets.

Sad sad sad I watched a Cobra last night, an '04 at the track. His best time was 14.4. I ran a 13.8 with my stang and I ain't got crap done to it. Driver driver driver!!! You can have all the horsepower in the world, but if you can't drive, you're not going anywhere fast.

My 2002 N/A Auto GT ran a 13.0 and that is with just bolt-ons. No internal engine work...Stock Heads and Cams. That was in about 80* weather with alot of humidity.

BS I think NOT!!!

And I do have time slips to back it up!!

Are you calling BS on me? Let me guess you did all those mods to your cobra and you still can't get into the 12's and you are mad...HAHAHA!!!

Do you want me to post my time slip?

Edit: Here ya go I will post it anyway!!

The one on the left was the first run, when my car was still hot from driving it there. The one on the right was the 2nd run after I let it cool down for about 30 minutes. You can see on the 2nd one it was only 6:46 pm out, so it was still really hot.

you are in a losing battle yo
I ran 13.706 with just a C&L MAF. With the right weather, the right prep, and more mods you can easily do high 12's low 13's. I have timeslip (under my login name) AND video (sig)

JonJon, 13.7 sounds correct. I have never heard of nor seen bolt on GT's in the 12's. Sorry, I just haven't. I ran against a guy with a Steeda sponsored 04 GT. Every last bolt on and then some, and he ran 13.6@ 103 on DR's. Maybe track's are faster in other states. This is good news actually, cuz if a heat soaked GT is runnin 13.0, I should be in the low 11's......at least in TEXAS!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Thank's to 02 blk GT's timeslip, I am going to go sell this crappy ol 32 valve 4.6 DOHC and get me a 2002 GT.....in BLACK!!!!!! PEACE!

my 13.70 is with ONE bolt on. And it's highly debated whether MAFs are even a beneficial mod since it messes with your A/F.

i think you need to go race more and/or find a better track.

There is some guy on this forum or corral.net that has an auto like mine runnin 12.6@108. Hopefully I will be closer to that after when the weather get alittle cooler. What is the best time that you have gotten out of you cobra? Maybe we can help you out on why our car isn't as fast as it should be.

Edit: I found his signature on corral.net

2000 GT - 4R70W Automatic
PI 3200 Stall, 4.10's, MAC Longtubes, VRS offroad X-pipe, Borla Catback, Steeda Pulleys, CAI w/K&N, Rear Seat Delete, D&D front suspension, Weld Prostars w/ET streets

1/8 = 8.05@85.26
1/4 = 12.61@108.03
