I'm going with a roller cam, and I'm stuck between these two: 230/236 @ .5 and .513/.529 and then 224/224 @ .5 and .533/.533. They are both Comp Cams and its going in a 351w with trick flow twisted wedge heads. The first cam is under their profile of Xtreme Energy, and the second one is under the profile of Magnum. Thanks for the input guys.

I'd go with the XE as they typically have higher ramp speeds. I'd not to familiar with roller cams, so correct me if I am wrong but isn't that a pretty mild cam? Why don't you go with something a little more agressive? The roller lifters should calm your idle down quite a bit.

TW heads don't flow much more at .550 lift than at .500, so more lift isn't too important. They do like more exhaust duration, so the XE grind would seem a better choice. If you're running an automatic, then less duration is prolly better unless you are running a high stall coverter. If a stick, then almost anything goes.
