Hey guys,


Here are some quick specs about my car:

1988 LX Fox Body
418w Stroker Motor (10.7:1 CR)
Twisted Wedge Aluminum Heads
770 CFM Holley Street Avenger
Mild Cam
MSD Distributor
6AL Box w/ Blaster 2 Coil
*************************
C4 Transmission (reverse manual valve body)
9.5" Converter w/ 3400 Stall

My next project is to put some work into the interior...

WOW that thing is a beast... awesome car dude! do you have any video clips of it idling or destroying tires?

Thanks man. I actually just got the car up and running a couple of days ago so I haven't had time to make some videos. I will def. add some to this thread for ya when I do.

car looks good..but that motor is breathing through a straw with that little air cleaner on there.

Looks good ,should run some very good times with it. PLEASE get a different air cleaner assembly LOL.

Thanks for the comments guys. And yeah, the air filter is def. too small but that is all that will fit with the hood I have on there now. I will either replace the hood with a larger cowl or I will end up buying this: K&N Engineering 66-3150 - K&N X-Stream Air Flow Assemblies - summitracing.com

That will work,i would do that air cleaner before buying a hood.I have a 4'' cowl but thats what came on the car and i have a 3x14 air cleaner with lotsa room left,so when i do my 351 stroker(one day)i have plenty of room.

That is about what my new motor will be, except 13.4:1 or so CR with a TKO

nah, just get the K&N filter and top filter.
