Hello every body . I'm new here but not to Ford's or gen 1 Mustangs .
The Money Pit as I call her is my 67 vert. 200 6 /c4. Fell in my lap 5 years back & since then it's been a love hate relationship ,she loves to hate me .
I forgot to mention I'm 72 retired & have been fooling wirh mostley Forfs since I was about 13 helping my dad on flathead v8's .
I'm on a number of other Mustang sites where I guess a lot of people think I must be crazy modifing a 6 cyl vert like I have .
Presently I run a 2300 Sniper thru a Vintage Inline adapter om a stock small log headed 200 . I use an MSD 6AL box,a blaster coil & the Hyperspark dist. I have a split header wirh 2 1/4" duals & last May I put an SN89 Paxton supercharger on her ( see why most people think I'm off ). She don't run like your grandpa's 6 any more.
The suspension has been completley reworked with a lot of Open Tracker rollerized parts . Dropped 1" all round .
I ran a unisteer rac coupled ro a Prius EPS that I fabbed up & installed inside the eng compartment .
While she has been much modified inside & eng wise she still looks pretty stock .
Ya I know it's a long post but I wanted to get it out of the way .
I have a 69 Fairlane fastback & a 66 Ranchero sitting in the shop dieing for me to work on them .
Have a 97 F150 long bed that I put a 99 Navigator 5.4 DOHC & a 2014 6R80 . Unfortanelly when I got that beast going the Money pit came along so it's like the 2 cars in the shop . Waiting . Maybe we can share some information here .
