It's an '06 Roush Stage 1 with 10k on it, got it for $28k, they were asking $31k, and they gave me almost $10k for my trade-in.

Very nice!! I love the roush's too bad it didnt have side exhaust like the older roush's. Did you try and sell your car outright first? os were you just out "looking" (like we all do :D )and trade it in? either way love the car!!! whats the insurance difference? Now you need a new signature and hey its black too!!!

Wow! So I guess it sucks for everyone with the GT model huh?

Nice car though.

No, I think you took my post wrong. The Roush I bought is an amazing ride, and so much nicer than my 99 would have ever been. I'll miss my '99 for sure, but I'm not looking down on anyone who drives any other Mustang. I am a fan of all.....well minus the II's, mustangs. As far as GT's go, this thing is a glorified stock S197 GT with a body kit, wheels and a different interior.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I just found out tonight that the dealer found me a better deal on the financing so my payment just dropped $60 a month.

Say what!?!?!?! I must be hearing things?? a Dealer worked further to save YOU $$ on financing AFTER the deal was done? Usually the dealerships stand to make $$ off your payments, not just the sale $. Wow, That is unheard of, I think you should share the dealer/saleguy's name with us, that is the type of person I would want to buy from. Looking out for his customer, not just him/her self..:flag:

FYI - NICE ride dude!

Yeah, I was extremely surprised when I got the phone call yesterday. The finance manager called me himself, and told me. They found another financer to do it a lower %, lower payment, and not need any more $ out of pocket. I paid $0 out of pocket for the car. They gave me enough to pay off the 99 plus enough for $3k down on the Roush. The dealership is Gee in West Seattle formerly Huling. My salesman was Clyde. They also have a silver Stage 2 on the lot with 9k on it and asking $37k for it. But they'll let it go for probably $33.5k.
