new CEL?

hey all,


confused.... im throwing the cel, just put headers on. no leaks. i scanned the codes, none come up. i clear them then later the light comes back. howcome lol?

any ideas would be appreciated.

What kind of scanner did you use? When my MIL came on after I did my mid-pipe, the first scanner didn't pick up a code, but it would erase it. I can't remember if 01's use the CAN protocol or not, but there's an Equus reader specifically designed for that.. or the big orange ones they sell at Autozone work too. If it's not the scanner, I have no clue.

the diablo, never had a problem before... i dont know.
