Just had a new clutch job done on my 02 mustang gt. I'm very pleased with how it all came out so far, it shifts so smoothly however, I've noticed the clutch pedal itself vibrates/shakes quite a bit while it isn't engaged. If I put my foot on it even just a little to where I'm applying just a little pressure to it, it goes away. I've even noticed 2 or 3 times (only been driving it for today on new clutch) it vibrated so much I could actually hear it.

It might be that the pedal play has not been set/reset and the release arm is riding the diaphram spring. Check the free play. You might try lifting the pedal with your foot until it stops and releasing it. That, in theory, should allow the mechanism at the quadrant to self-adjust.
