Well I can finally park the Stang throughout the week, I just bought my fathers 2001 Audi A4 for $2000- it was a steal, the car has never seen 4000 rpms and still smells new on the inside. So now what to do with the stang....5 lug, interior resto, rearend? So many choices!!!

nah man i was messin with ya....25thmustang just wrecked his but i think he was having some electrical problems here and there. 2k for that car is a steal. im sure 25th will make it in here shortly

Mine was wrecked and it was also the newer 2002-2004 body style. I did have issues, the moonroof would open and shut on its own, lightbulbs went every week, back of the drivers seat broke, 3rd gear synchro went, washer fluid leaked and didn't work, smelled like burning oil from time to time... There was other small stuff but I forget it all now. It was a real nice car, comfy, quick, handled GREAT, decent in foul weather, looked good etc... but there were issues with mine.

My GFs sister has a similar year to yours (2.8 auto) with 90K miles and hers has very few issues. Check Engine Light comes on but other than that, it really hasn't had problems.

Plus you can't beat $2000!!! Nice buy!

Thanks. I read online about the possesed sun roof issue hopefully i dont have to deal with that. I have to replace the clutch and change the timing belt next week sometime....fun stuff
