New dragstrip times

I think the Vic Jr. will work fine on the street. I went with a W. Stealth because I could not fit the Vic under hood with the mounts I had. Deck height issue on the 351's. I know that some of the ford crate engines run the Vic jr, so they must not be anti street as people claim.

Forgot to mention that - The Vic JR with the TCP solid mounts I had won't clear a stock hood with the carb spacer, even with a drop filter. You can fit a smallish filter on it with a GT350 hood but it is tight.

If you pull the carb spacer it is still very very tight.......

Sad part - I sold my car to a buddy and he has done everything that I wanted to do to finish it, i.e. $8K in paint, flaming river R&P, disc brakes, 3800 stall and yes that XE286 cam.

Good part - My Saleen is on eBay for sale right now and when I sell it guess what, I'm buying my old car back, putting a new cage in it and shooting for high 10's.
Knew you would be back.:p

Nice car...too bad it didn't sell. Are the new models taking their toll on resale of these?

Aw, just save up money, keep this one AND get yer classic back!

I have a few people interested in it right now, I'll make price concessions if I have to and if it doesn't sell........ I'm still going to buy the old one back, wife won't be happy but she'll get over it.
