New edge head light fogs up

Take it back to the dealer, if it's still under warranty...it wasn't properly sealed during assembly. They are not made to be taken apart (it would be nice if you could!). Needs to be replaced, and they ain't cheap!

I think they bought a 3rd party headlight "New edge headlight"

You should call whoever you bought it from...
