new engine won't start part 3

I guess your all tired of hearing about my problems with my car, but in the little amount of time I'm had to work on it latly, I've got some updates.
first, I called Kirban about my psi guage and they said to take out the little valve out of the Shrader port because it is probable to old or set in the port to far for the gauge fitting to contact it. now I have about 20psi of fuel with the key on.
Next, I conected a code reader to the car, and it came back with code 67 and 95. My book says 67 has two causes, one is neutral drive switch system fault/PNP switch open. It also says 67 is air con. compressor clutch switch fault.
the 95 code is fuel pump circuit open. What does any of these codes really mean and would any of them keep my car from starting?
