Hey man you don't live south of Houston do you? I'd swear I saw you the other day.

A fresh rebuilt 306 might not be a bad deal if you are looking for a stock engine with stock hp. The stock engines in these cars were extremely anemic in the hp dept and most folks take the stock cyl heads and intakes off and throw them in the garbage. If that 306 has gt40 heads or something better than stock jump on it! IF your stock engine has crapped out and all you want is to replace it, you still can't beat the price point..

P.S.

Take your caps lock off.. it makes people think you are yelling at them...

Ok, man, I'd a swore that was you. The beard, cap and glasses were a dead ringer, haha. I'm in Brazoria Tx. I actually bought my car in Winston-Salem NC. Drove it all the way back to TX.
