new exhaust smell

no the exhaust isn't new, i have noticed a stronger smell that almost smells like i'm running a little rich at higher rpms, and i swear that the car is feeling sluggish so i ask of the ones with knowledge,

1. Bad Gas
2. Fuel Filter <replaced around 20k ago
3. Ur over-noticing things

Oil level is good and was changed about 1.5k ago w/M1.5w30 full syn
Maf, t-body and plenum are clean, steeda air filter clean BUT, i have no oil on it, < I read to try that somewhere a while back. dumb

If you are running a different brand, or octane of gas from what you
normaly use that could be it.

if the smell is from the inside of your car you probly have an exhaust leak. Try being in 5th around 45-ish and floor it... thats the easiest way to listen for an exhaust leak if you don't have a lift.

no leak but that sucks like all hell, beginning to think 5th is useless under 80 lol

i think it's the gas really, it was a different station than i regularly use

probably just the cold medicine getting to me also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
