Engine New factory manifold no start

Hello fishnchips here new to the threads bought a 95 vert 5.0 as a project had a bad manifold from the previous owner snapping the thermostat bolts in the manifold I swapped it out for a new manifold and I’m getting crank but no start got it to idle at least once but it was very sloppy idle, I do want to add that I deleted the egr stuff on the car and the heat so the water pump line that goes to the coolant pipe on the intake manifold is no longer there other than not having spark or fuel pressure what can it be after having timed the car proper tdc ?

Look for the basics- spark and fuel- did you try spraying carb cleaner in while cranking?
Ford had 2 different firing orders for the small block. Does the one you used match the cam in the engine?
Bring the #1 piston up to top dead center and verify the timing mark on the damper aligns with "0" on the marker to make sure the damper has not spun.
Are you sure the timing is not out by 180 degrees?
Are the injector plugs, plugged into the correct injector?
Is the PCV hose attached to the valve?
Were you able to run the engine before you changed the manifold?

Hopefully the harmonic balancer is good and has not slipped. If it has moved it will directly affect base timing. I’m not saying it has but we have seen some do this here lately. I would suspect it’s a timing issue of some sort.
