Stop the bickering or :lock:

... and on that note... :lock:

So, by that same token, your own opinion should be disregarded because you chose to jump into this thread and, by your own admission, couldn't be bothered to read others' posts before feeling the need to throw in your own $0.02 - you're posting in a thread you haven't finished reading through.

BTW, that was SVT32VDOHC, not 1990Coupe who couldn't be bothered to read other's posts before feeling the need to throw in your own $0.02.

The movie was made for entertainment. It was entertaining...

For example, at the end of the movie when Vin Diesel pops a wheelie to deflect bullets while going 100mph on dirt just by down-shifting.... come on... how can you not be entertained by that?!? ROFL

If you can get by the weak plot and ridiculous exaggerations, in the same way that you get by them in Rambo, under siege, Die Hard, or [insert any other action flick here] (F&F is an action flick, too), then you'd enjoy it too.

Thing is, if this movie was completely realistic, the audience would be small, and honestly the flick would be boring to the general public. You want realistic? Take your happy asses to the real street races. Most of them are boring 14 second cars running each other. You can usually watch the start of the race from the back, and the end of the race from the front... Other than the sound, it's tough to tell they're actually racing.
