Hey how much boost can you safely run on a stock 5.0 and how much boost can your supercharger make?

Well with the 2.95 pulley and AFM power pipe I was seeing 12psi. Once my car hit 13.5 psi and popped the head gasket. Really on a stock 5.0 8-9 psi is safe with proper fuel and ignition upgrades.
