Welcome to Stangnet,
I see you already started a thread,so I'll skip ahead to some other recomendations. Search this site for Jricker -he has Tons of useful electrical diagrams and checklists that should be of some help.
Also www.veryuseful.com has many diagrams etc.
In your New thread add some pics, and the guys who know will eventually be in to offer some advice

the tank pic is the new tanks inc tank with internal fuel pump and braided teflon lines all the way to the fuel rails feed line with a filter and return line both #6 custom tank to fit with fill line mated up to the stock location fuel door
shifter pic is shifter from the mustang mounted to the trans tunnel i will build a counsol around it
pedal pic is pedal from the mustang mounted and using the stock cable

i used the correct belt for AC deleat and a new stock tensioner

huge be cool radiator fitted into the core support took all night of cutting to make it look good but it look great

huge cooling fan with relay set up on a switch so i can control the coodown or warmup

to fit the 95 motor into the 57 frame i needed a 67 mustang pan and oil pickup with front sump to give me the clearance for the steering linkage

stock headers fit perfectly with only 1 small dent to clear the steering box the passenger side was a perfect fit

to fit the AODE trans i moved the stock crossmember back 3 inches and welded a plate at the height needed for correct pinion angle

to mount the stock airbox I cut out a section of inner fenderwell and ran the snorkle into the fender

i had a custom driveshaft made

i had to raise the floor in the back to fit the tank but its under the pare tire well and you can till fit a spare i also installed a trap door in the floor to service the fuel pump
spent all winter on the project working around my 60 hr a week job now all i need is to get the harness hooked up
the engine harness in on the engine and i have all the wireing and modules from the doner car 95 GT I jut dont know where to go from here i was hoping someone would be able to tell me what to hook up to get it running

OMG, that is so freaking cool!

I haven't looked, have you updated your other thread? We do have guys here that will be able to help you with the electrical crap.

If you need help with paint, let me know.

I have access to a '58 ranchero and this project makes me start thinking stupid thoughts....
