New Hci Build

Hi I just got done putting together hci on my car. I got f303 cam trick flow 170 heads and track heat intake. I converted speed density over and running a9p computer and 75 mm tab cal for 24 lb injectors which are in too. The car started right up and I got base timing at 14 degrees. I took it for a drive and feels sluggish. Especially when get on it, it just hesitates and sounds pretty bad. It's running rich. I still have the stock fuel pressure regulator so I don't know fuel pressure. It idles decent. Plugs are gapped at 50. I'm just looking to get my car running good. If I had the money I'd go get it played with at a tuner. I'd love some tips from the experts on here. Thanks

any codes? From what I've heard is that the computer can take up to 30 minutes figuring out the new mods and how to compensate. Have you checked all vacuum lines and double checked your distributor was stabbed correctly?
