Sup guys, new here. I'm 34 now, bought my first stang in high school... 87 gt, still have her. More recently I bought an 88 gt, same car but the 88 is auto with 70 k. Recently I've acquired a set of trick flow 11r aluminum heads. Is anybody running those or does anyone know what kind of other mods I will need to do? The motor is a factory 5.0HO EFI WITH 70k mi. I am going to pull an explorer intake Tuesday from the junk yard. Bare with me, I'm a noob and no more than a magazine mechanic so questions will be asked in abundance.
Thanks for your time,
Mario88

Thanks guys!
So...I pulled an intake from a 96-97 explorer, I want to throw a 70-75mm throttle body, do you know which will fit? Will any aftermarket throttle body for gt40 or mustang gt '88 fit?

They make new pistons every day, so why worry?

Any throttle body up to 75 mm will work so long as you use the proper size egr spacer. As the others have said, make your way over to the Fox body section as the members there can really steer you in the right directions!
