Ok my warranty ran out two weeks before my intake manifold cracked. For the price ford wants i can probally get a better one for cheaper. The only ones i see though is the one on FRPP (and on ebay) That PI intake manifold seems to be plastic as well. Anyone know a good one i can get not made of plastic so i dont have this problem again.

all 4.6 manifolds are plastic there is a couple of aluminum ones that are rumored to be coming out but I think your car will rot in place waiting for one of those at this point 
.. the updated ones have a metal crossover in the front that is the only place they break, many many cars use a composite/plastic manifold and don't have problems.
