Thats where the crappy pic I have on here came from. I actually picked up an iphone today so I'll see if the picture quality is any better than my old blackberry's until I decide on a decent camera.

Really like the look of that rim. Can't wait to see pics of it complete and sitting at ride height.

I guess the title of the thread is misleading....it should read "New Meat" because I've only had enough money to buy one complete corner.

I've got one other wheel, but no tire yet. I'm piece-mealing it on purpose so that I can check the fitment of the 245/40/18's on all four corners and decide if I can cram 275's out back. I know I need to roll the fenders, but beyond that, not sure. They are the American Muscle 18x9's w/ a +30 offiset and official SVT center caps...which really completes the look IMO. Yes, curb rash will be hard to keep at bay. But, the car doesn't get driven much, so I think it'll be fine.

The other thing I have is the North Cobra kit to suck the rear end back in to stock width. Currently, I have SN95 axles and GT brakes out back. So I bought the axle/bracket kit to pull the track back in and upgrade to the 11.6" Cobra rotors. Which make a BIG difference visually with the 18" wheels. Should be swapping that in next weekend.

Yes, I know it needs a bath. Kinda hard to wash it IN the garage while on jackstands.

HD Camera's really show EVERY damn imperfection, don't they....it doesn't look that bad in person...but seeing those pictures on the computer makes me want to redo the body all over again.

I finished the NorthRacecars swap over the weekend. That made a huge difference. 275s in the rear it is. As far as ETA, I've got one of the 275s in, so this week I'll order two more wheels and the tires will probably be a few weeks out yet. Buying as money allows. I can't wait to see it on the ground either.

Why don't you buy all at once and save on shipping?

Wheels look good, BTW.

Well, I'm buying from DiscountTire. Shipping is free. So that's not my concern. The other thing is, I need to sell my old axles and rear disc setup. That'd be much helpful in getting this finished.

Mounted up a 275 on the rear today. It fits BEAUTIFULLY. I don't even think I'll have to roll the fenders. But I'll know for sure once all 4 are sitting on the ground. I do however need to do something about the tailpipes. I've got less than 1/4" of clearance. Which is fine, I wanted to redo the exhaust anyway. hehe.
