Here are some pics of the install. Test drove - love it! A little stiff, but its great. I've seen lots of references to more noise, I hear a little bit of an "airy" or "hissing" type of noise, and also the shifts seem a bit notchier, almost like its clicks in place....normal? Also, left the second inner boot off, maybe that would help with noise.

Yeah, the clicking into gear is normal, thats the best part! Also, with time and use the stiffness will go away, I remember not liking it too much after driving it the first couple times, but now its like butter, much smoother than when I first installed it.

Mine never makes a click noise when going in to gear. It's quieter than the stock shifter was.
