New motor problems...

Well i finally got the motor to idle...but it idles so rough it shakes the car side to side....oil and fuel pressure are fine and the timing is set right at 10 degrees. The car pulled codes for 96 98 and 63...and i lost the book for the scanner. can anyone tell me what those codes mean...and with the KOEO test i get codes 63 and 81....i dont have a smog pump though so i think that takes care of 81. any help would be appreciated. thanks

How would you test fuel pump power or circuits. The pump was put in last year and is a walbro 255 lph...also what do u mean by get 11 in KOEO first?
