Ohh I know of people who dont like it and think its rice, but that person likes the stock look and nothing else so whatever floats your boat.
Yeah the tires need to be shined up I just found all my car cleaning stuff down in the basment yesterday.
BTW: The Paint on the bumper cost $324 and that was done by a very good quality body shop. If you get one DO THE PREP WORK YOURSELF. I did and it saved me $75-$100. It cost me about $25 in materials to prep it myself and it was pretty easy.
