new rotors (not big brake kit)?

maybe i'll shell out the coin then.....if they suck imo, then ur buyin them off of me? + i don't have a lifted truck on 38s - by the time you apply the brakes once or twice on that big SOB, they're nice and toasty. I dunno, I had em on my Jeep and the feel sucked and had to put so much pressure down on the pedal - no brake dust tho lmao! BTW, which model of hawks did ya use nasty?

I had used the ceramics on my F150. Now I'm using the HPS pads which do put out more dust but that's a trade off of better braking.

Listen to Bigcat. I have the Powerslots with Hawk HPS pads and J&M lines.. It's perfect I tell ya

It depends on the pad you choose guys. Hawk makes everything from daily driver pads to full out race pads and a whole splew of stuff in between. Use the HPS (high performance street) pads on your DD car. They stop better than stock (slightly), don't make noise, won't eat rotors, and they're really low dust. Great pad. Don't confuse them with the Hawk HP pads. HP's are a totally different animal.
