HI Everyone,

I just wanted to post a quick note on the install of my new Eibach Pro Springs and Steeda Tri-Ax shifter.

My friend and I took our time (do the job right) so it took longer to put the new mods in. However the installs on both the springs and shifter were very easy. The shifting is a lot smoother and easier, with just a bit more noise due to the rubber bushing on the factory shaft not being part of the aftermarket design. The initial result on the springs (without being driven) are a 1-1/4" drop all the way around. I've got to drive home this weekend and will get the front end alligned if needed, but I'm expecting another 1/4" drop due to settling of the springs.

Here are some pics after the install.....

Thats the exact look im wanting when i drop mine. I just am worried about clearance. Did you have any issues with clearance on your exhaust/driveshaft etc?

If im correct those are drag springs right? If so how does it right. I'm wanting a more comfortable ride with some increase in handling. I like sporty style suspension but i dont like rock hard bouncy uncomfortable suspensions all in the name of strictly performance.

No issues with clearance :nice: I'm not sure if they are drag springs or not but I do know that they only drop the car by 1.5" (after settling). The Eibach sport springs will drop between 2 and 2.5". That's to close for me (speed bumps in neighborhood). It rides real nice, especially around the bends.

Did you get CC plates? do you have stock shocks/struts?
Looks good and sounds like a nice drop. I think I want those springs :)

Didn't get C/C plates, went to an excellent tire center and got it realigned with stock equipment. Also, the shocks/struts are still stock. As for new pics... the pine pollen is real high right now so I have to get the Pony washed before taking more pics.
