New shortblock..which company?

Hey guys

My engine's f'd up...probably a spun bearing.

Which companies offer shortblocks with the best prices?

I'm not looking to get anything overbuilt with forged everything.

I'm stationed overseas in Germany so I can't find any at a junkyard etc.

Which companies do you guys know of?
