New speakers for my vert?

if you have the mach 460 system already BEWARE!, i replaced my front 6x8's with pioneer 3 way 6x8's and the regular tape deck/ cd changer head unit with an Alpine head unit, i just had CC install it for me, but even though it gets fairly loud, at about 10 (out of a max volume of 35) the bass will cut out of my front speakers and cut in and out from there on out... no one can give me any reasonable explanation out of about 4 or so shops around me... except for to rewire the system to bypass the amps, but there has to be a better way. if anyone knows my problem here, or has a possible solution, im all ears, but just make sure you know that what you replace the stock equipment will work with the mach 460 (someone suggested the ohms are off, but all 6x8's offered out there or in crutchfield are the same ohm rating)

Even though I used Diamond Audio components and amps in the past. THERE are alot of superior brands. BUT for the price/quality I cannot name a superior brand. Especially the amps. Ill be using 2 600x2 Amps from them in my future setup. They are only $250 shipped each on EBAY!!!!!!!!!! muahhaha I love these amps.. 1200 watts (300x4 @ 2ohms) just to my 2 sets of components(2 on each side) which will be Image dynamic's or CDT Audio's..

Anyway Ill be deaf soon but who cares :)

Exactly. You could probably spend $1000 per speaker if you wanted too. But I am trying to be practical here, as you said, price versus quality.

That is the speakers I am wanting to get. From what I have been reading your problem is going through the mach 460 amps. I think they are 6ohms and the speakers are 4ohms. You need to bypass the mach amps or get a different amp.
