Brought an 89 home with new 347 stroker. Noticed no Pcv valve and filler tube was capped and the little tube on the neck wasn’t capped or hooked to throttle body.

installed Pcv valve in valve cover and connected to intake as the manufacture said. Put a breather on the filler tube and connected the little tube on the filler tube to the throttle body

now I get a hard to start with pushing gas in. Any adjustments?

Need more info on your car like what intake, 4 cylinder swap, does the valve cover have a baffle to keep oil out of pcv (not related to no start condition but will be a problem later) street car build, that sort of thing.
Oh, and this may help too:

Its an edlebrock intake, not sure on the cylinder swap, and no baffle. But like I said it started first turn, now doesnt. Either I bumped something, or something has to be adjusted. Its a race motor really.
